Walls Motel Long Beach

They just took my payment and didn't honor my confirmation don't book anything here they are a rip off. RED FLAG at this motel took my payment and didn't give me the room IM TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIM COURT FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

I only stayed for two days, checking in for a room at night. The next day morning I went in the bathroom it was somewhat dirty but average but one thing I noticed was ever since I came here I was extremely itchy itching every 5 seconds or so. Then at night, I saw a BED BUG on one of the pillows and told the managers they claimed I brought them here but I looked at previous reviews and people also experienced bed bugs. I looked around the room and saw a BUNCH of rollie pollies lifted I saw a huge wet spot some pink stain and a roach. Overall filthy room and has rude employees. -1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORST MOTEL I've ever been to.

Based on what we paid for it, it was pretty nice. There wasn't a lot of parking. But we always had a place to park. The room did smell a little like smoke, but I just sprayed some perfume and it went away. We were in room 3 and we could hear the cars on the road a little. But it wasn't a big deal cause we had the air conditioner on while we slept. The owners were nice. They replaced the sheets and towels every other day which was very nice. And it is in a very good and safe location. The only things I didn't like was people kept setting off fireworks which sounded like gun shots..(but you could tell they were fireworks by the defusing sound) but we did stay 4th of July weekend.. So any other weekend, that probably wouldn't happen. And the bathroom door didn't shut all the way

This is a 2 Star motel. Expectations should not be high. Having said that, this is worse than I expected. First, we had to put down a $10 deposit for the plastic room key. The room itself what is not great, but could have been okay. Decor and paint and cleanliness are not the problem. However, there are some spectacular shortcomings including the very worst and hardest pillows I have ever seen in my life. These are not normal pillows! I am not sure where you can get such things, but I would never put them on a bed. The sheets appeared to be clean, but the top bed cover itself is questionable. The two together, made a very thin layer and the night was cool. There are no other blankets in the room. In addition, the noise during the night was incredibly disruptive. Honestly, I know it's a 2 star but still things should be clean. The rooms are decent and you get free wifi but our towels look like they were used but never washed. The hotel manager is nice but really needs to be attentive
