Customer Reviews
This place has great views and the staff is wonderful but the room is old and dated. The bed is not comfortable, the couch looks like it's from the 90s, and it feels like it too. Carpet needs cleaning, wallpaper peeling, I mean i feel Like they gave us a non-updated room. For Hyatt, i expected better. Other locations we been have been maintained better.
Can't beat the location in relation to the convention center. Very well-maintained property in general with pleasant and attentive desk staff. Lovely lobby. The pool area is lovely with incredible sunset views, though the hot tub could have done with a good scrub. The one issue we've historically had here is that the standard rooms have a zig-zag to the entrance, making it a challenge for anyone with a cart or wheelchair to easily get into the room. (ADA rooms, btw, from prior experience do not have this problem, but there are not many of those on the property.)
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.
This is a great hotel located directly next to the convention center. That said, most of the guests are there for business. I did have an event that I was staying at, but I brought my family. I loved how central it was to me that I could go to the convention, and my family could go shopping, see the water, and all that good stuff. The gym they have is great; gym has more than most hotel gyms. The rooms were pretty good. The elevators, during our stay, were something going on with them, but other than that, I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in town for business and would like to bring your family.
Always my go to when staying in Long Beach. Great views of the harbor and local attractions as well as a killer view of the Sunset. Conveniently located in the art of tourist attractions and an Uber Lyft to the Queen Mary. Rooms are clean and in good working order, and all employees are warm and welcoming for the exception of one woman at the cafe. She looked pregnant so I will give her a pass on her horrible attitude towards working with the public in the service industry. I will definitely return to the hotel, but not so much the cafe.
