Wanted to love it here, the check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. That's where it ends. There's no vending machine so hopefully you don't get thirsty or hungry at night when everything is closed, so that was a bummer. The smoke detector flashing a bright green light directly above your bed penetrates your eyelids. THEN the real fun began at 5 am when our upstairs neighbor got up. I don't know what was going on but the whole ceiling creaked which is what woke me up. Then this person either did a workout or speed walked around the room until 10am, this included dragging a chair around? We had gotten in late so this meant no sleep for us. We did request and were given late checkout which we appreciated but the noise literally NEVER stopped from 5am to 11am. There's clea

We had a great stay in Saranac lake. When we checked in we received complementary truffles that were fantastic. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with lots of room on the counter in the bathroom. The hotel supplied shower and sink toiletries. We really loved that they are pet friendly and my kids loved the indoor pool overlooking the lake and ice palace. I enjoyed the hot tub and the big fluffy towels provided. Overall, a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is just beautiful — right by the lake, quiet, and peaceful, which made it such a relaxing getaway. The place itself is well built and very clean. We also tried their lemon raspberry cake slice, and wow, it was absolutely delicious! Would definitely come back again

My friend and I went on a trip, it was late and snowing. Luckily, they responded to our request and booked us for one night. There seemed to be a loud noise coming from the heating fan, so I called reception, and an employee responded and brought us a handheld heater, which was very useful. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return again.

I stayed there for a wedding. Andrea is the best, she gave us A + service. We asked for two full beds and we got our request. She made our stay pleasant. The welcome chocolate in our room was also sooo good.
