Without a doubt the best place to stay in Downtown St. Petersburg! I stayed at the Pensacola Apartment for one night and it had everything I could ask for — free parking, free Wi-Fi, and the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. Silviya was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. This place truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re visiting St. Petersburg, I highly recommend staying here and contacting the owners directly. Five stars!

I’ve stayed at the Key West Apartment for 3 Nights that had everything you wish for.Free parking, Free Wi-Fi, Continental Breakfast, and the cleanest Room I’ve ever stayed at.The owner was super friendly and helpful with everything. 10 out of 10 . My stay at Vinoy House Inn was a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations. The charm of this quaint inn, coupled with the warm hospitality of the staff, made my visit truly memorable. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and ambiance created a cozy and inviting environment. The rooms were not only tastefully furnished but also impeccably clean, showcasing a commitment to maintaining high standards. Highly recommend 👌

The Vinoy house was so welcoming and accommodating when we were displaced due to Helene. It was so nice to come “home” to a wonderful relaxing atmosphere each day after working and cleaning our house in treasure island. The location is superb as well.

Be careful when booking. The Vinoy Inn is across the street from the actual Vinoy Hotel and is a complete sham. Upsold prices. The outside says “Bed and Breakfast” as offered when booking the room. I hope you like apples, 1 rotten full sized apple and little miniature apples is all you get, along with a Keurig machine, a toaster oven and a microwave. Make sure to bring your own breakfast to cook. Allergic to smoke? The owner sits outside on the porch at the entrance to the building smoking a cigarette.
