Value Suites Extended Stay - St. Louis Westport Plaza

I’ve been here for awhile and have had no problems they ladies Summer and Kathleen are awesome and super friendly and nice. I think people expect a lot if you want five stars go to the Hilton or the Ritz. They are not forcing anyone to get a room. Any how I like it great location near gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores and Westport which is cool cause they are always having something fun enjoyment with family and kids. Everyone has their own opinion always remember that.

Inadequate house rules at check-in. Carpets disgusting, room was filthy, stains all over my sheets. Management nor the front were any help, (When i could get ahold of them). Lots of miscommunication between us and most importantly they don’t care. If they get their money then that’s all they care about. They don’t care about the occupants or the status of their rooms. Check in is a single piece of paper that doesn’t specify all of their house rules. They just expect you to know all of them when you move in. And if you don’t know all of the house rules and violate one they’ll evict you, even though whatever you did wrong wasn’t specified in their house rules. AND there’s nothing about pets on the checkin paper work yet they charged me for a cat. ( literally no specification on how much it w

Positive: At least the lady at the desk was nice, and the bed didn't suck. Negative: they must have used bots to get a 3 star, out of a thousands stays at various "hotel & suites" its the first time i found NOTHING inside in terms kitchen not silverware or cooking tools, or pots pans plates, there wasn't even a single coat hanger.

The staff were pretty nice and there wasn’t a lot of noise in the area. But the place has a roach infestation and bed bugs. I was in a desperate situation but I quickly left as soon as I could. I hope they get that under control b/c no one should have to live like that.

They false advertise on everything they don't do anything their website says at all it's pricey to stay here if you need a place to stay make sure you bring everything like dishes laundry because they do nothing their website says and they make it complicated to pay anything
