Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons over Valentine's weekend. The front desk staff was very welcoming and professional, Kudos to the onsight manager, Lauren Heebner was very helpful during the check-in process. Our room in this luxury hotel was spacious and well put together. We enjoyed the view of the arch and the bedding made for a great sleep. Ramsey's Kitchen was outstanding. Great ambience with delicious foods with generous portions. The wagyu ribeye was extremely tasteful. The virtual golf suite was fun. The hotel location is very convenient and close to downtown St Louis. Party was steep at sixty bucks.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis on Wednesday night, and the property was fairly quiet with not many guests around. Before check-in, they texted me upgrade options (including the Presidential Suite) with extra charges, which is fine—it's a business, after all. At check-in, though, despite clear availability, they didn't offer a complimentary suite upgrade, sticking to paid options for commissions. I'm not a huge fan of that approach, but one category upgrade is still one category, so I accepted the move to a King room with a nice Arch view. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, though on the smaller side. They sent a thoughtful welcome amenity with chocolate and cake, which was a nice touch. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a suite with stunning city views. The room was elegantly decorated, blending modern amenities with classic charm. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom featured a deep soaking tub that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, and the coffee was exceptional. It is always a joy to return to the Four Seasons St. Louis with my family to celebrate the holidays. It is by far the best hotel in the city and has become a first choice destination because of the warm welcome, the countless thoughtful details the team has extended to us, the exceptional comfort of the rooms, and skill of the spa therapists. ||The views of the Arch from the rooms are exactly what one dreams of and the concierge can assist with tickets and a tour. You can take a small elevator to the top where there is a viewing platform in the keystone of the arch. ||Be sure to enjoy Ramsay Kitchen at the hotel for dinner at least one night, and the crab cake Benedict for breakfast.
