Comfort Suites St. Louis - Sunset Hills

If you travel to the Southwest County and need a place to stay you need to come here to the Comfort Inn. They live up to their name. The staff starts your pleasant stay be welcoming you. The lobby was clean, comfortable and can become a meeting place itself. The service, food, management, price all combine to make your stay wonderful. They offer so many choices for breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The mobility accessible bedroom we booked made our stay awesome. There was only one negative for me and that was the water pressure. It made it more challenging for me in the shower. The amenities go on and on. What a great place to add to any traveling through here.

This hotel is truly special! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has wonderful options for healthy meals (fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs) and several options that the kids love (even flavored waffles!), along with the usual staples (bagels, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc). The coffee is delicious and there are hot tea and fruit juices, as well. Throughout the day, soda and flavored water is available, and late-afternoon snacks are also available. This hotel feels like a home away from home! The rooms are always clean and tidy, and every need has been provided for. The staff texts throughout our stay and always leaves a note for us. It’s truly the finest in customer service, and I haven’t found a more customer-friendly hotel yet

What a great hotel. Staff were very welcoming, free snacks and low cost options available at check-in. Everything was clean and lots of extra amenities in and outside the room. Breakfast was great with fresh cut fruit! All simple amenities but they take the time to do it right! Can’t recommend this hotel enough and at an affordable price, thank you. Love the Irish pub next door as well.

Our recent stay at this Comfort Suites was a truly wonderful experience—easily the best Comfort Suites our family has visited. The staff deserves special recognition. From the moment we booked, we were met with nothing but courtesy and friendliness. Megan was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the reservation process. Keyuanna (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name) went above and beyond to assist with any questions we had. She was always welcoming, cheerful, and eager to help. The staff member overseeing the breakfast area was equally pleasant and attentive, keeping everything stocked and spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening snack service offered daily between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. During our visit, this included hot dogs, sliders, popcorn, and nachos—such a though

That was one of the best small Hotels. That my spouse and I had the pleasure to spend two night in. The checkin and checkout process was so easy. The room was clean and inviting to spend two nights in. O yes the breakfast was served on time each morning. It was fresh bacon, eggs, fruit, and fresh coffee. The hotel lobby and food area was just clean all the time. What's very important to me? It just smell nice and clean. So on a scale of 0 to 10 and 10 is the best. I give this hotel a 15. So I recommend this hotel if you are in the area.
