Live! by Loews - St. Louis, Missouri

Let me start by saying that the staff were extremely nice. Now, onto the issues. One major problem was how noisy the room was due to the parties at Ballpark Village and Busch Stadium. Luckily, on Friday night the noise subsided around 10 PM. That evening we ordered a steak burger with fries, and the burger was extremely undercooked. I would recommend that servers ask guests what temperature they prefer for their beef, as this was not asked. This was especially disappointing since the burger was from the restaurant where I had a reservation for the following night. The room service ordering process was the worst I’ve experienced. I called and called and no answer. I went downstairs only to be told there was a QR code in the room to place orders, meaning I had to go back upstairs to order.

What an AMAZING stay! My friend and I took a quick girls trip to St.Louis for the weeked and I booked with Loews Hotel. I've stayed at other Loews properties and had great experiences, but this stay was by far the BEST! We decided to eat dinner at the hotel bar and were taken care of by Que! Her customer service was 10 out of 10! Be sure to ask for her. And let me tell you about dinner.. WOW! We opted for the full lobster tail and I added the crab & asparagus oscar to top it off, mashed potatoes, and my bestie ordered the filet... I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER LOBSTER and the crab oscar was to die for. It's hard to find decent lobster in the midwest, but trust when I say, it was perfectly prepared, the meat was plentiful and sweet. The lobby, bar, and dinner areas we beautiful and cozy and our

Lovely hotel with courteous staff. We stayed for three nights while attending a wedding in the area. We were very pleased with the accommodations, restaurant, and bar. The welcome reception was held in one of the banquet rooms and the food and drinks were wonderful. We will search for other Loews hotels based on the experience.

Positive: First I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Then the toilet stopped working.Room service very slow. Had to call 3 times to get toilet fixed Negative: Not worth the price

My husband and I stayed at Live! by Loews this past weekend for our anniversary! Such a beautiful hotel. VERY clean and literally everyone was so welcoming and polite (valet guys, checking in at the front desk, and the bartenders working at the lower hotel bar) The parking garage is very easy to go back and forth (if needed) perfect downtown spot- we were able to walk everywhere and felt very safe! We stayed in a "stadium view" room and it was just perfect! Before booking- I saw the reviews here were good ...and I see why!! We will definitely be staying again when vising St. Louis!
