Value Lodge

My coworkers and I stayed here Thursday night. I was VERY happy with my room! The room was very clean and the beds and pillows I had was comparable to Hampton inn. I was surprised and impressed with this motel. The nice couple that ran the place was nice and welcoming. They serve a Continental breakfast. Pizza Hut is across the street, convenience store next door. We were in big trucks, so to have those conveniences was great! I will be staying at this motel from now on. Highly recommend!

Stay with these folks usually at least once month. I adore the family that owns/manages this motel. They are always polite and helpful. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Recently I became very ill and they worked with me on extending my stay...one day at a time, until I was able to drive home. If only the room with a nurse to care for me.lol. I'm returning for next stay in a couple of weeks.

A great hotel with excellent management who clearly care about their guests. The room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was enjoyable, and the location made stopping and parking easy. Everything in the room worked and I’d happily return if coming to Big Bend National park.

There is no curbside appeal however, if you can get past the outward appearance, the interior is clean, there is a flat-screen TV w/a clear picture, cool AC and a mini fridge and microwave. It's close to downtown and the University. Great value for the price.

This place is gonna be my new place to stay in Alpine. Super clean and nice rooms. Nice surprise in West Texas
