CON'S|Along wait for someone to answer the desk phone to make reservation|Advertised a $50.00 pet fee and then charged me $75.00|Do not honor Certified Emotional Support Animals (this I will be checking into)|Advertised free WiFi and then had to sign up for they're rewards program, or pay $5.00 to use it for one night.|Room seemed dated - tables scratched, molding missing, doors on closet wobbly- |No kleenex in the holder and 2nd key didn't work (had to get from front desk) no coffee pot - No local information in room. This hotel was amazing! We chose it because my usual option was not available. The primary reason we have not stayed here before is that it's at the opposite end of town, but it is worth the 2 minute drive. It is so clean, so well kept. Beautifully decorated. It feels like home instead of a hotel. They definitely care about their property. Staff were great. Breakfast was good. We just grabbed a few things to run out, but I appreciated my sausage and boiled eggs. Everything looked good. There's some specific things for pets, as well. So they are pet friendly!

The beds weren’t as comfortable as some of the other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at. The air freshener in the lobby was too strong for my taste. The hotel staff were great.

I don't usually do reviews on hotels BUT one of the employees at this Hampton compelled (through her actions and kindness) me to. We called a few days ago and spoke with Jennifer, we needed several rooms for family members reserved due to a unfortunate event that occurred to our niece. Not only did she work with us to hold the rooms but insured we got the accommodations everyone needed. To top it off, she was sympathetic to our situation and gave us a really good deal. Once we arrived, check in for everyone went great, all the rooms she held for us were there and everyone was happy. Before we left, my wife went and met with Jennifer to thank her. She says, "she is one of the nicest women I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with". We visit Alpine frequently and we will never stay anywhere

Positive: This is the swankiest hotel we've ever stayed in. Huge rooms, and everything looks taken care of. Negative: The breakfast bar was out of several items they had plaques for. My son ended up having biscuit gravy on sausages because they never brought out more biscuits.
