Value Inn - Oak Creek / I-94 Exit 322

I have stayed here often in the past and have come to the hard realization that this hotel is a hit and miss... sometimes I get phenomenal service and sometimes I dont. The rooms ALWAYS have spiders lurking in the corners and bath area. The towels are often stained. Maybe you'll get a ice bucket and coffee maker and maybe you won't. Every room ive ever been in has burn holes in the bedding, sometimes you get carpet sometimes ya dont. Sometimes the microwave works sometimes it don't. I have a CDL to which they offer a different rate BUT they always want to know where my semi is, (i drive a pilot/escort vehicle) I thought a CDL rate was a CDL rate. So on my 2nd night here in a row I inquired on the semi thing. And was told that "people near by claim a cdl for the cheap rate and use the room

This is a really clean/nice facility but the late night check-in area can be deceiving...i.e. initially gave me and my wife the feeling that it wasn't going to be a place we'd want to stay. The person on duty was really nice and sincere with addressing my concerns and suggested that i take a look at the room before I even asked her to.||Once we went to the other side of the facility where the room was located it gave off a totally different feel about the motel. The room was very clean, nice and up-to-date.||NOTE...the next morning, the regular lobby area was open and it gave a much better/friendlier/inviting feel.||I would stay here again if/when in the area and would recommend it to friends and relatives.||One Last Thing...I would suggest that management take a look at how the night ch

My husband'a truck broke down and was stranded a couple days at Love's Truck stop and stayed at Value Inn. He stayed Wed & Thurs night and thought he may had to stay Friday night as well but told the front desk he had someone on their way to get him and could he get a late check-out Friday morning. Jen, the manager told him as long as he checks out by 1 pm. No problem, he tells her as his buddy was on his way. He got picked up at 12:18. My husband left the keys in the room and left. Fast forward to today, Saturday. He checked his bank account and saw there were 3 charges from Value Inn. When he called to ask why he was charged Friday, Jen told him because he didn't bring the keys to the office and check out. WHAT??? Seen a couple of bugs while we were there. Not too much. The room seemed fairly clean, but you can't control what your neighbor does. Staff was friendly but it was just too far of a drive

The hotel was perfectly good for a night or two. Friendly staff and comfortable beds- the rooms aren’t dirty, it’s just an old building. We didn’t notice any bugs or grossness like a lot of the reviews are saying. For the price it’s a fair deal. The guy at the front desk was also really cool when we had to go several times to switch out our room key. If you’re looking for a five star luxury hotel this obviously isn’t it, but it’s a perfectly decent hotel for the price and a nice distance from Milwaukee. We bought a can of Glade and had a great weekend visit!
