TownePlace Suites by Marriott Milwaukee Oak Creek

Experience at town Place suites Oak Creek was OK. They charge you extra 20% rates onto the $147 that was not disclosed during arrival. There’s hidden fees everywhere, which could overdraw your bank account. If you’re not a person that has a huge balance so beware. The location is good, but it does not have a family feel . You feel very alone at this whole Hotel.

Arrived very late Friday night after leaving another hotel since their room was filthy. Luckily was able to get a room as the hotel was nearly full. Room was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchenette is cute and equipped (did not use anything but the coffee maker and fridge). Bathroom was clean and nice. Shower has no door but 1/2 glass, and this does make a lot of water on the floor. Ask for a few extra bathmats to use. All in all, nice staff, clean, comfortable and very close to the area I needed. I did notice a lot of airline staff staying here, so to me that is a good sign.

Stayed here for 4th of July extended weekend. This hotel being 3 years old blew my mind how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. Our son used the fitness center which was great size and had all equipment. The kitchenette in the suite is very nice and clean. The hotel smelled clean. Every staff member we encountered said hello. The location was perfect -walk to grocery, restaurants and shops and a wetlands trail all right off the parking lot of this hotel.

Nice hotel, good stay all people is very kind, however I didn't like there was only 1 available washer machine, it is supposed to be a long stay hotel, and is unbelievable only 1 washer is available.

Terrible customer service, Mediocre outdated rooms, The manager Ben completely disregarded everything i had to say. Location is the only good thing but there are much better cleaner hotels in the area for better prices at that.
