Motel 6 Oak Creek, WI

I am submitting this review to document severe cleanliness, safety, and management issues experienced at this Motel 6 location. Upon entering the assigned room, it was in an unsanitary and hazardous condition. There appeared to be human blood and body hair present, the bed had no sheets, and trash was scattered throughout the room. These conditions indicate a complete lack of proper cleaning and sanitation. This location does not provide housekeeping services. Despite paying $70 for the room, I was given cleaning supplies prior to check-in and instructed to clean the room myself, which is unacceptable and inappropriate for a lodging facility. Attempts to address these issues with management were unsuccessful. Front desk staff refused to allow communication with the manager. The manager,

Room was clean. The bed was comfy and the price was budget friendly. Tye staff was helpful. Also is located in the perfect spot. Close to the airport and close to shopping centers. Will definitely stay again!!

Positive: "" Negative: Guests and nighttime front desk employee were extremely loud all night. Doors slamming, congregating in the hallway. Night shift assigned my room to someone else and they opened my door around 8pm and startled me.

I would like to say that Brian was amazing upon check in, made sure my room was very comfortable and convenient for my wife. My tv was not working properly until chuck came in and squared it. And last but not least Lee on the night shift mad sure it was quite made sure I felt very safe at the location thanks again. The service was great

It appears that some renovations have been done, possibly related to flooring or surface coverings. However, the overall cleanliness seems to be seriously lacking. There are black, mold-like formations on the windows, floors, and especially around the bathtub edges. The bottom of the shower curtain has turned orange and the lower parts are stuck together. The general reception areas also appear dirty. During my three-day stay, I had to reactivate my room key at least twice each day. Every time, I was asked to show my ID. However, even after verifying my ID, they still asked for my room number again before reprogramming the key card. This approach feels quite unusual and unprofessional.
