Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport

My wife and our 17-month-old daughter stayed for several nights and truly enjoyed our stay. Every aspect of our experience was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff: every worker and employee was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and taken care of.

I loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean and mostly well appointed for the price. I love free coffee. Breakfast is the usual free sad stuff I wouldn’t eat. The front desk called our room to say someone complained about noise- we had to move the large ottoman across the non-carpeted floor so we could pull out the sofa couch and it’s loud to do so.

Positive: with it being christmas eve this was totally GREAT. VERY Clean, Clean, and quite. Highlly recommended and nice walk area for pet owners on the side of the hotel to use, but remember to pick up after your pets please. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: No it was perfect and we will be back .

This is a hotel that I thought I'd come back to based on the comfort of the room and it being pet friendly. That changed when I was charged a $50 pet fee that wasn't disclosed at the time of booking. When I questioned it, the manager (Jean) was rather rude and said the pet fee is listed clearly on the website, to which I stated it should still be disclosed at booking, especially since I had to call in my reservation due to having pets. After some digging, I did indeed find it listed on the website and to my surprise, it stated the charge was $10 for two dogs, not $50. Hence, I called Jean again and was simply told that I signed the pet policy with the price listed so more or less, to bad so sad...as if I had a choice upon arrival with my pets already in tow. Very disappointed and taking

While I understand the purpose of the rule about not renting to people within a certain mile range, it was frustrating to experience this. We wanted to have a small "getaway" for our 20th anniversary. Never have we been able to afford to do something special until this year. And to be fair, I fully own that this is not the problem of the hotel. Although we wanted to have this time, we also have a very ill family member that we didn't want to be far from just in case something happened. I genuinely understand that the hotel owners/managers cannot individually guage whether someone has good intentions to be respectful in the hotel, or not. However, from my perspective, I clearly knew I just wanted to have a few days of quiet and soak in some warm water, without disturbing anyone else. He
