Very friendly neighborhood. Staff always friendly. Lots of families with kids playing and walking dogs. A real hidden gem in Vallejo. There’s a rec room and pool. Unfortunately pool is only open during summer.

It's fine if you go by the rules. The management is easy to deal with, as long as you explain your problem. They will help you, just ask. Remember your renting, so please let them know what your doing and they will help.

As far as mobile home parks go…. It was clean, trailers weee all in good shape. Common areas were kept up well. I was there for a booty call so I did it spend much time outside.

Used to be amazing but buyer beware, new owners of the park are very difficult and have zero empathy when it comes to a resident whose been living there since 1989 and ALWAYS pays their rent each month. Don’t have a health issue that involves the need of assistance from a “guest” who is a family member or you’re guest will need to apply to live there even if your “guest” is just staying short term until you recover. New “rules” that don’t match California mobile home resident protection policies issued by the state of California either so do your research and be careful they will try to bully you with “laws” but aren’t willing to provide copies of these “laws” for you to review. Good thing we have a great attorney to handle this issue..

My friend lives here. It looks like a mobile park should. Some people have pride in ownership others don't or they rent. The only thing I have noticed is, regardless of the time of day or night, there's never anyone in the little guard shack at the entrance. Recently there's been a lot of homes going on the market.
