The Prime Suites - Vallejo / Napa Valley

Although under renovations they have done a great job of making you feel comfortable and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here with our family for a vacation and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy, which made our stay truly relaxing. The price was very reasonable and offered great value for the quality provided. The location is excellent and extremely convenient for transportation, dining, and getting around the city. The staff were also friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Service was good and attentive. Good amenities, not enough trash cans. Sheets are rough I am glad I brought my comforter from home if not it would have been hard to sleep. Everything was clean, parking was safe with cameras. Tv works, shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Stayed here recently and I wouldn't personally again. Our room wasn't clean with dark long hair on the coat stand and inside of shower curtain that wasnt mine or my husbands. Also if you have animals I would give this place a miss also. After letting my dog out was told to go off property for them to use the toilet which I didnt feel comfy doing especially at night and also notified them in check in we have a service dog and when I had a run in with them about the dog gping to the toilet they accused my husband of lying and not telling them about the service dog and tried to charge extra for staying. In my opinion why allow dogs and then say they need to do their business off property.

Stayed here over Halloween weekend and was impressed. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the parking lot felt safe. I called a couple weeks later as my deposit hadn't refunded yet and the owner KD was super helpful and quick to get it fixed. Great service!
