Bay Breeze Rv and Mobile Estates

I’m a young female traveler and I felt very safe and at home at this park! The property manager Norman is great and communicated with me very well. The grounds keeper is very nice too. He helped me back into my spot and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay (I stayed 7 nights). Picture attached is from Glen Cove. It’s a cute trail that my neighbor showed me less than 10 mins from the RV park. Norman was an amazing tour guide as well! He called and told me all sorts of things that I MUST try while in town and they were all great!! Things to note: Yes, the community OUTSIDE the property isn’t great (trash and the homeless), but for it being such a reasonable price AND within an hour to great San Fran attractions, I was happy. We stayed due to a special work project. Space rent is affordable, and the on-site manager is friendly and takes care of any issues right away. The location doesn't scare me. There is good bad everywhere

Our stay here was good with no issues at all! Norman was very thorough in his job making sure everyone that stays in this rv park is very safe. Everyone here stays to themselves and respects their neighbors. Don is a wonderful asset to this park as park manager. He takes his job very serious and makes sure there is no-one in the park that is not supposed to be here! Don made sure we got in/out of the spot with ease. I felt safe knowing Don was here. He is a Veteran and has my upmost respect. We have a 37’ trailer with 3 slide-outs and we were able to park our car. We appreciate our time at Bay Breeze and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Stayed here while working in the area for over 6 months. Park was well kept and safe. The other guests were all either long term or there for work so it was very quiet and friendly. Easy location for commuting and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Has onsite laundry and the park manager seemed to be always available.

I stayed at Bay Breeze for about a year and a half. The property manager Norman was highly responsive and easy to work with. The on-site manager Don was always helpful. The tenants were respectful, quiet, and friendly. If I ever find myself in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to give Norman a call.
