Amazing and clean place to stay. What made it simply the best is the service provided by Esther and Horace. These people made the best experience to an amazing one. The bar has been raised very high now because of them haha. Highly recommended place

This location charges $150 for a deposit and holds it for at least a week. Other hotels in this pricing range charge $50 to $100 for a deposit and give it back the next day. When I spoke to Ester about this she was very rude and laughed at me. Not the type of customer serviceI was looking for. I will never go back here and I recommend everyone stay away as well. The shower was dirty and had hair in it.

EDIT after response: I actually deleted my platinum Expedia account and escalated this issue on Twitter so that you would not get away with this. I will physically mail a letter to Expedia headquarters in Seattle; this is how much I hate your staff. --------------------------------------------- We arrived at 6 PM to a non-smoking room reservation, but the room they gave us had a funky smell, something like too much cleaning supplies with some kind of aroma. Over time, we realized it was perfume used to hide the cigarette smell. By 8 PM, my girlfriend started having breathing issues due to her asthma. Panicked, I went to the lobby to ask if they could move us. They told me they had rooms available but that we would need to pay again to move. I called Expedia, and while I was in the room,

This place is straight up crooked when it comes to refunding the deposit on their rooms!! They're collecting the cash for the deposit and pocketing it and not marking it down that you paid a deposit. So when checkout comes they claim you never put a deposit down so they don't have to pay you!! Definitely going to hit up the corporate office tomorrow!!

These are the cleanest, newest rooms I have ever stayed at. The beds are comfortable and the shower has awesome water pressure and stays hot. The floors are wood not carpet, so there's no nasty smells. The kitchenette is clean and stocked with everything you need to cook. I love when business owners care for their business the way this owner does. There is definitely pride in ownership and it clearly shows.
