Hampton Inn Vallejo

Sarah, at the front desk, made our stay so amazing! Employees like her really help with the a choice to return in the future, which we definitely will. Very happy with the hotel. Nice, spacious clean room, fantastic pool and hot tub. Very good breakfast!

I always stay here when I'm in the Bay. I'll do things in San Francisco and make the journey to the Hampton inn Vallejo to spend the night. Then head North to Homeboldt the next day. Excellent accommodations. Today's stay was extra special. I had written a letter by hand and needed it to be printed out on the computer, which I am very illiterate at. I called the front desk and asked if somebody could help me on the computer. They quickly obliged. Aracely used her phone to scan and edit the letter for me. She was very patient and helpful. It turned out great. During the process I had pleasant casual conversation with Terry while she was folding the little envelopes that the room keys are tucked in. Both girls at the front desk helped with completing the letter for me. I'm very grateful. T

Positive: Clean and the rooms were well-maintained. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Nice pool and spa area. Negative: The only issue was we asked for more bedding and it never came.

This is my go to hotel. During my past few visits 12/31/25 and 1/20/26 I had serious concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep. Fleas were in the 1st floor room that accommodate the disabled so I moved to the 3rd floor and was given c🎂points and exchanged my room. I love the rooms set up and the comfort of the rooms. I like the metal racks u see the TV and the bathroom soaps smell wonderful!!!! The common area are not kept up. See the list below: 1. Pool are has spotted, dirty and ripped furnishings. The hot tub has. Hand written sign saying it is broke. 2. Cleaning staff leave rooms dirty and obvious dirt patch’s on heater, light switches and bathroom walls are not cleaned. It was the best hotel I found close enough to Kaiser for an early morning appointment. When we arrived I discovered I had booked a non-refundable price from a third party website for the wrong night. The lovely woman at the desk assured me they would work with me. I rebooked right then (the right night) and crossed my fingers. I cancelled with the booking site with the expected reply that my reservation was non refundable, however, they would check with the hotel directly. Before we went to sleep I already had the notice that the hotel had approved the refund. I'm so grateful and will always stay here when I come to the hospital. In addition, the bed was comfy, the room very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was much appreciated. Thank you.
