Vacation Village at Weston

Great resort. Fun for the kids. Beautiful pool area and huge hot tub! Great smoothie options at the bar for a fair price, and other drinks. They passed out free popsicles to the kids during certain times. Try to follow the schedule for the different events for them. We missed the pool foam event which I think would be great for families!

Positive: Overall the room at the Weston location provided all the necessary options. Negative: No warning before we arrived the main pool for the Weston location would be closed for our entire stay and the wifi speed was extremely slow at a 1 G level and when signing in the message was we were signing on to unsecured location!

Very good location. Very good service. Nice big room if you get an A unit but the B units are small and dark, not as nice, but have all the essentials. I did not like the fact that they charged us an extra $50 a night for a lockup room. That's $350 for 7 nights!!!! It used to be $25!! But the Pools were very nice and staff is very accommodating.. Long lines to register though. It took hours, But it does have a great location.

Only suggestion is need to upgrade to smart TVs. But overall, always a great place to stay. Staff is super friendly. Always helpful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Been coming for years and always pleased 😊

As a reasonable guest, I would not choose to stay here again. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after two separate stays before and after a cruise, our experience was consistently disappointing. On both reservations, we were told at the 4:00 PM guaranteed check in time that our room was not ready. We were not alone. There were at least 60 plus guests in the lobby being told the same thing. It was extremely frustrating, and I genuinely felt bad for the front desk staff who were left to manage what appears to be a seriously flawed check in process. During our first stay, we did not receive our room until 6:00 PM. On our second visit, it was about an hour past check in before our room was available. When we finally got into the room, it was 80 degrees due to a broken AC unit. Maintenance
