The place makes a favourable impression almost immediately. The reception team were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely attentive, so the arrival felt smooth and reassuring from the first moment. The room was immaculate and peacefully quiet, breakfast was uncomplicated but carefully prepared, and the calm setting made it easy to sleep well and wake feeling refreshed. More than anything, the value stands out. The level of comfort and care feels higher than the price would suggest, which makes this somewhere I would readily recommend and happily return to.

Positive: Clean, quite, super comfortable bedding and newer condition of hotel and accommodations. Negative: Bathrooms can use a bit more touch up from facility maintenance, paint, baseboards and trim. Also, should not charge $9 for parking as other hotels in the area offer free parking.

CLEAN. NO SMELLS. QUIET. Stayed here Wed-Fri to have surgery @ Cleveland Clinic. Great location for this. Asked for extra towels/pillows, prompt service. Great food menu, tasty food for a price in lobby. Also great grab n go selection. Only complaints were the beds were not comfortable- very very firm/hard and the $10 on site parking fee. For the price of $180-200 a night - Great experience. * did not use, but nice patio, pool area and large lobby lounge.

We stay for a this hotel for a Soccer Tournament, was our first time in this hotel. The hotel is clean, but moreover the people how works there is amazing. Carolina was there in our checking in, she takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. Her bilingual communication skills allow her to support guests in both English and Spanish with clarity and confidence. She is especially attentive and compassionate with guests who are experiencing illness or difficult situations, she had kindness and empathy with my boy, encouraging him for his game, always ensuring they feel understood, supported, and cared for. This Courtyard is big and beautiful. My room had a big walk-in shower, but my friends was an average sized shower/tub combo. The bathroom didn't have hand towel racks. They seemed to prefer style over function. My biggest complaint is the $10 parking fee. A parking fee is understandable in crowded areas with taxis/Uber service. This is NOT the case at this Courtyard. It is so petty.|I
