Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Weston

BE AWARE: Hotel under major renovations. Think, the entire first floor looks like a scene from DEXTER, renovations. The elevator seems like a code violation and is an adventure to go up ONE FLOOR. The Room: Good for a family if you need either a long stay (holidays) or a short stay (cruise). Otherwise, if you're in town for something else, there are better options nearby. Coffee in the room is undrinkable but they have free coffee in the AM downstairs. The Location: Nothing is within 10 minutes. It's all car dealerships, gas stations, and homes. You've got a couple restaurants but that's it. Sawgrass in Sunrise and Pembroke Pines are where everything is...that's a trip on the highway. The Food: Having a free hot breakfast is a plus, but the menu is the same every day and it's nothing yo

Positive: location was great. Negative: This was the worst bed I ever been in, in a hotel. Room was remodeled. Got no sleep and fainted the next day in the hospital next door. Was planning a 15 day stay for family but will looking at the other hotels nearby.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team welcomed us warmly and even gave us a complimentary upgrade, which made the trip feel extra special. The breakfast was genuinely delicious—fresh, well stocked, and a great way to start the day. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service recieved by Zachary C. and Cassandra at the front desk. Zachary made excellent restaurant delivery recommendations that my family and I found "super delicious". My room was beautiful and had everything I needed. The hotel is "Pet Friendly"; which I loved. I would definitely return to Residence Inn and would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Very much a scam hotel undeserving of Marriott backing. Listing stated Standard double bed studio with extra bed and sofa. What we got was a room with one bed and 1 sofa. (Sofa could pull out for a bed) Clearly when you book you understand you would be receiving 2 beds to sleep in and a couch. Again not what they gave us. They stat they have no rooms with 2 beds and a sofa. They state Only thing they ever have had was a room that is considered a suite with two bedrooms each with a bed and a sofa in a living room & dining room. Could have that for another 160 per night. Keep in mind already paid 202 per night. Stay Away.... Buyer beware...
