Hampton Inn Weston Ft. Lauderdale

Family visit to Weston for a college golf tournament. The hotel was very conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. Our room was spacious and beds comfortable. Front desk staff and housekeeping was friendly and they were more than happy to give us an extra pillow and blanket. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. Definitely a hotel we would return to.

Many positives, more negatives|The room itself was spacious, nice and comfortable. Desk and refrigerator.|Everything was clean and except for a big rust stain in shower perfect.|Many guests with pets. NOT service animals. Somewhat lax in controlling them. I dont want you dog licking or smelling me especially in the elevator or breakfast area. I had a child mauled by someone's perfectly sweet dog. |The cleaning/maintenance people did not speak English. Not even simple words they should be taught like towels. They seemed to always be meandering the hallways.|Great gym |But I would never go back

Positive: Location was amazing for going to Cleveland Clinic Negative: My husband and I are both immunosuppressed, and I do not believe this room was cleaned correctly. There was visible dried pee on the seat, and hair on the shower walls. I was asked by hotel staff on the phone if I was sure it was pee.

This hotel was one of the worst stays ever. The bathroom sink is completely open concept from the bed so if someone wake up before you, you are woken up as there is no separation/door. The bathroom is A JOKE. You have a walk in shower with no door, mildly warm water as the max temp and the door is extremely heavy and bangs into the toilet. Literally the stupidest design I’ve seen. The AC is super loud and obnoxious even when you turn it off so we had to unplug it during the night. The beds are only spring, no foam and hard as a rock. The shower was not cleaned upon arrival as well. This place is a dump and at $250 a night, it’s insanity. My husband had to go to the Cleveland Clinic for an operation. Since we live on the other coast I had to find a place to stay for a week. Aixa was a very helpful and friendly employee. The rooms, lobby and hallways were clean. I did not use the workout room or the pool so I cannot comment on those. This hotel was located very close to the hospital and there were plenty of places to eat near by and on my way to the hospital. They also offer a shuttle to and from the hospital which I did not use.
