If I could give zero stars I would. This place was so gross. No staff onsite. Had to talk to someone through a kiosk. When looking at the room the bedding was dirty. They do not have elevators for disabled people. When I asked to be moved to the first floor for my father in law he said our cleaning lady called off and we have no clean rooms down here. Then when I made the decision to bite the bullet and check out and leave after paying boooking.com and the hotel will not refund me. They need to do better.

I found it interesting that the exterior and reception area really looked nice. Dealing with the Kiosk was an experience. Shortly after we checked in, I asked to be moved to another room-obviously housekeeping had not spent any time preparing the room for occupancy. I tried calling housekeeping twice but there was no answer, so I went back to the kiosk. I was told to call housekeeping. I explained that I had and there was no answer. I was then asked what the problem was with the room. I told the kiosk the following: only one light bulb in the room, a message on the tv that it had no service with wires hanging down, the bar to hang clothing was hanging on the side of the closet, the bathroom was dirty with mold and mildew, the shower curtain was moldy and hanging down in the middle, the to

The check in was horrible. Somehow Trip.com didn't make the payment so they wanted me to pay again! I contacted Trip.com, Joyce was helpful but she tried calling the hotel and they didn't answer. Eventually the person who wasn't even there at the front desk contacted Trip.com and the payment went through. This whole process took 45 minutes. That kiosk systems isn't good, it is hard to understand the person and it takes forever. Once I was assigned the room, the key didn't work. Oh yeah, they told me there was no WiFi or TV.The bed was good and the air condtioning was very good. The shower was one of those low flow ones. The room was okay. I would have been reasonable happy had the check in gone smoothly and there was WiFi.

It's in a state of fixing up so my expectations weren't particularly high, but there was no microwave or mini fridge in my room. Furnishings were decent enough and dollar general was next door so plus for location. I didn't notice that a 100 dollar deposit was supposed to be put on a room, despite paying for it in advance so I'm not sure if it was me not reading correctly or what but..it's meh. Just okay.

The absolutely unbelievable lack of service and communication. THERE ARE NO PEOPLE IN THIS PLACE. There's only a kiosk with a person on video. My key stopped working every day after 11am. I had to go the kiosk to get another EVERY DAY. We had a reservation for 3 people. We given one towel for the entire stay. And you will NOTA GET MORE NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE. We sat in our room all day waiting for maintenance that never showed up to fix the tv The microwave did not work it will not open and there is food in it, actively rotting. We asked every day for it to be taken out- either the food or the whole microwave. The tv did not work the entire stay ( 13-18th ) there is no room cleaning. There was one 1/2 used roll of toilet paper and you will not get more. The manager lives in the room
