Uncertain Inn Motel

It was nice till I went to shower and water came out slowly beds were hard woke with neck hurting coffe sucks fan dont work ,lights flickering and first night we had no water for two hours they never said anything and no one was around to ask ... can't even put nth in freezer it's got so much ice in it can't even use it 😒 🙄

The room was very smelly, dirty bathroom, floor was coming up in bathroom and at front door, cheap air freshener to mask the smell. Had to leave the window open the whole time in order to endure the musty smell.

SHADY PAYMENT! I really loved the location and rooms and wanted to suggest this place to my friends...BUT the owner over rang my card and then pretended he couldn't see the receipts. I messaged him multiple times and he was not being clear in his responses. Not sure if this was weponized ignorance or what. Finally got my refund today after I had to call and threaten to file a charge dispute... LOTS of hassle to not get charged 500$ extra dollars. Can't recommend even though it's a beautiful location because you might lose 500 $.

We got to the state park and realized we forgot our tent. Quick google search lead us here . Owners were great and accommodating for our last minute booking and arrival at 9 PM. Room was nice and beds cozy. Woke to gorgeous lake views and some excellent paddling. We were only passing through thus could only stay one night but plan on returning to enjoy more time exploring the lake via kayaks. Oh yea, they also have kayaks and a canoe available for use

We are ALWAYS last minute when we decide to getaway to Caddo…. these folks never disappoint!!! They accommodate our very specific needs (2 adults, at least 5 kids, 3 rooms, 3 boats..) every time we call!!! We’ve stayed at both their properties & they’ve got our business forever!! Rooms are clean, reasonably priced, equipped with fridge, microwave…. beds are comfy & they have all amenities available for outdoor cooking!! The hospitality is 5 star…. I love these folks & the fine establishment they created!!!
