Twin Buttes RV & Mobile Home

We just 'showed up' and the staff, Scott, was there to welcome us. The hospitality was awesome! This is a full hook-up park ($16 a night cash)with great sunsets. Close to the town of Bisbee and Douglas for easy border crossing and shopping. If we come back through the area we will for sure stay again!

Our lot is lovely, Jim is a wonderful manager and owner. The residents are also so friendly

May not be a koa,but this is by far the friendliest group we have come across. Jim is the nicest most accommodating and the full timers are an awesome down to earth group, our kinda people.

Me and my two cats had a nice summer there back in 2019 and looking forward to going back. Currently at Coyote Howls since 2019....rates climbing fast for boondocks, and soon enough, I might as well pay Twin Buttes plus some. At 73....I'm done traveling (almost) LOL.

On the evening of 6/3/2025 I connected my vehicle and began charging. The following morning as I was still connected and still receiving a charge to my vehicle, the Twin Buttes Mobile Home and RV Park manager drove up in a golf cart and demanded $20.00 from me for sleeping in my car on the property. She repeatedly confirmed that the charging station was open 24/7 to the public. However, she asserted that the property didn’t allow EV vehicle customers to stay in their vehicles and sleep while simultaneously charging their vehicle. She lambasted me and implied that I was, “freeloading.” I did not pay the property manager the demanded $20 additional fee. I only paid Blink for the charge.
