I want to start off by saying the hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby is something out of a 1920s painting. Its honestly stunningly beautiful. The Cafe is also really wonderful with good food! While the staff was friendly they aren't good at resolving problems. We stayed for two night my boyfriend, myself and his service dog. The room we were put in had a broken jacuzzi tub (which we were told about at check in) what i wasn't expecting was a broken down king size bed. The bathrooms are also weird and small and the cleaning staff left someone else body wash in the tub. I told the front desk lady about our issue with the bed and they said house keeping would "fix it" well they did not fix it they aren't magical. The manager never called me like promised. We stayed another night and wasn't o

This is a historic hotel dating from the early 1900s. It has maintained much of the grandeur of earlier years but is mostly modernized (eg., three prong plugs can be used). The entrance is impressive and the stained glass western scene is amazing.|The room lacked a microwave and coffee is only available on a stand on tyhe second floor. Actually the coffee pot was empty but there was hot water (bring your own instant coffee?). There is no breakfast and the hotel's cafe does not open until 11AM.|Our room was large but the bathroom was cramped. We were not impressed by our receptionist's attitude or willingness to assist us with information (eg, where to eat).|The closest breakfast cafe is a 10 minute walk and does not open until 8AM. Parking is on the street or in back of the hotel.

Positive: Highlight of my trip. The hotel is amazing. The restaurant was great. I had a steak and beer on the terrace. Staff was very accommodating. Negative: ""

Beautiful historic hotel. It's very quiet, didn't hear the neighbors or anyone at all. The most comfortable bed we have EVER slept in when staying in a hotel. Friendly staff and service. Great bar and restaurant in the hotel too. Our room was not large, but nice. They also have a help yourself Keurig coffee bar. Quaint little town. Would do again.

The room is spacious and well-appointed, featuring an old-fashioned historic style with modern amenities such as TVs and a landline phone. Excellent hot water for baths and showers, a comfortable sofa, and an extra TV in another room (attached to a bedroom). The hotel has a unique history in Western history and is famous for its connection to the Gadsden territory. Friendly hotel staff. It is well worth staying for one night.
