To start off, I think many of the negative reviews are coming from people who expect this to be a 5-star resort... you get what you pay for! This is a very reasonable price for a nice, clean room. I appreciate that if there is something wrong, the management goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. TV not working? They’ll fix it or move you to a room that has one that works- you just have to speak up and ask. Again, this property is not a resort, it’s compared to other motels/cheaper hotels, but if you’re looking for a cost-effective, clean room and a friendly atmosphere, that’s what you’ll get!

3 nights booked could not stay even 1 night. No hot water, floor dirty-cock roaches in view. Window covering sheer and people could see inside if you turned on TV or lights. When I tried to close curtains the whole thing fell on floor. People could see into room and there were people walking back and forth--no privacy!! Manager wouldn't answer phone or come to front desk so I left. Next day tried to check out but no answer on phone or door. Maintenance man came to my rescue and when he contacted the manager he was instructed to tell me I would get a refund-did not! They took my $199.00. I couldn't stand even one night. When we arrived there was no heater in the room. I notified the front desk she provided a small electric heater this morning when I woke up I noticed daylight coming between the door and the doorjamb I noticed daylight coming between the air-conditioning unit and the wall there was a breeze all night there was no smoke detector I have notified the fire marshal. There was no Wi-Fi available in room 123 as advertised the pictures of the rooms that are advertised or not even close to what the actual room is. I ran out of hot water halfway through a four minute shower I understand you guys are remodeling but if you’re not up to code you should not be open. Update: while the owner responded requesting that I delete the review because the issue was resolved, that is not the case at all. I am still waiting for a call after I notified them that the card declined over a month ago. My family and I were supposed to stay here in February, but there was a double booking issue with the room we had chosen. I was seven months pregnant at the time. We had to pay extra to stay at a hotel last minute. The manager was very kind and told us that she would refund us the money. Four months and multiple phone calls later, we have yet to receive a refund. Every time I would call, I was reassured that the refund would post in a few days. Im still here as a matter of fact its my first night . Had a bad day by the time i got here. Amanda was excellant and very helpful. The only problem i had was the tv amanda came and fixed it. She is true to her words. The bed was comfortable. I went to sleep right away.i would recommend this hotel. Because you will not find a manager like amanda will not go there since amanda is not there. She held the place together. The owners loss.
