Twilight Beach Service

Not sure why all the negative reviews. My wife and I used their services 07/29/2025 thru 10/03/2025. I set the service up with Mike the owner the week before we arrived. The morning of 07/29 when we got to the beach chairs and umbrella were setup and waiting on us. Kyle one of the attendants came by several times each day to check on everyone. He was very courteous and professional. Thank you Twilight Beach Service for your excellent service!

Customer service is awful. It was 4 pm and no one out. Our condo got 2 chars and 1 umbrella. They guy came down I was sitting in one chair only and he told me I was stealing and he threatened us when we spoke back. Told me I couldn’t sit there and told me I was stealing. No one had been down in that area since 11 am we had sat there all day. This guy shows up and starts treating us like trash and not human. The previous days before a beach chair guy from other area said this guy in ours in his opinion was a complete jerk and rarely ever there. He was correct. This guys decided to throw our stuff like he didn’t care about anything but his few chairs he had to look over. When we called the company guy on the phone just argued with us. The beach guy is soooo rude! We got two chairs with our house and I was going to purchase two more but didn't because the guy was ugly to our family. Other people on the beach were arguing with him because he was ugly to them too... Not good business practice at all.

I’m not sure if the company uses your chairs or it is indeed your company, but I recently stayed at 3080 Scenic in Destin and the guy running the chairs might be the worst human I’ve ever met. First time in over 20 years I didn’t leave a $100 tip. I suggest relocating hoody glasses guy somewhere with much less human interaction.

If I can put -0 stars I would’ve done it this company has a guy name Alex I can describe him he had a thick beard he’s about 5.9 tall . Shame on his company and shame on the people that have him dealing with customers at the beach he’s very disrespectful person very rude. Everyone was complaining about him . I hope all the places on Destin beach cancel their contracts with this company because this company doesn’t care who they hiring. They need to know how to have a respectful employee before they offer services. Please stay away from blue chairs and umbrellas that says twilight on it because you will have very bad time with these people.
