Destin Holiday Beach Resort

We go to Destin every year now and had previously stayed at the inlet reef which is a very nice high rise. The last two years we have been on a little tighter budget and we found this place. It’s just a little outdated but they were remodeling when we were there last year. We plan on staying here again and probably from now on. It’s cozy especially if you stay beach front which that’s what we do. It’s right on the beach. If needed be I could be in the water in less than a minute. They have a pool and I think they actually have two. We have never participated in any of there nightly events but we are there to just chill and relax. It is close to everything and every top restaurant. Easy check in check out policy. I guess my only complaint would be having to empty the water in the dehumidif

We stayed at Holiday Beach Resort from 12/20/2025 to 12/27/2025. Our room was great having been recently updated. It was very comfortable and clean. We had easy access to the amenities from the back of our room and really enjoyed them. The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying at Holiday Beach Resort again in the future.

In a great location. Room was nice and clean. My only complaint is that their three bedroom units are more like 2 1/2. The front room is tiny. Fine for small children to sleep in but once you add your luggage, there is no room to move.

My arrival was chaotic, severely delayed due to weather and flight issues, but the staff went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate me. They handled the stressful situation with such professionalism and genuine care, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in even at a late hour. I truly have to admire the entire team; their great service, attention to detail, and focus on individual needs were what ultimately saved my trip and made it enjoyable. Checked in on 1/3/26, old tv, old property but we were ok but received notification that they are replacing all furniture in unit. Must be available Monday - Saturday from 8 to 5 for them to come in and replace furniture. Unable to give timing or schedule. Front desk was helpful but didn’t have any information. We are on vacation, staying in our room waiting for them isn’t a good option or packing our stuff each morning incase they come while we are gone. I’m not comfortable having people in our room. They didn’t let us know ahead of time. We booked through interval so there should have been standards. Be wary of this property. They don’t have many people staying here and could have handled differently. We found a better property for a cheaper price. Shop around, this would be m
