When we arrived we got a standard room. People were hanging outside on the second floor & being loud. The room was good but the TV was broke. The sweet & lovely lady at the desk said they were booked for another standard room but gave us a suite. Everything was great, clean & spacious. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Beds and pillows comfy. Breakfast was hot & cold items. Hot items were eggs, potatoes, sausage and one morning there were biscuits & gravy. Good coffee. Cereals, doughnuts, waffles & fruits. The grounds were nice & grassy and nice areas for our small dog. The housekeeping ladies are nice & helpful. We enjoyed our time here and will be back when we’re in the area.

We showed up and it took a while to have someone come to the desk. When we got checked in we got to our room and while everything looked nice it was obvious the top blanket hadn’t been washed and the floors haven’t been mopped. The bed was nice and it was warm when we got there. They did unfortunately not have WiFi working nor did they offer an apology nor a partial refund. The next morning they said breakfast started at 6:30. We got there at 7:00 and everything was dark. We were told the person who makes it wasn’t here yet and the would call us when they were. (Again no refund or real apology offered) we had to leave by 8 and got there at 7:45 and were told 10 more minutes. Well 10 minutes passed and we were fed up. At 8:00 we finally had to ASK for a refund and get out of there as we nee

We checked in later in the day, and the front desk agent was curled up on her phone in the lobby. Weird, but oh well. We were needing to bathe our kids before bed, but once we got to the room discovered there was no plug for the bathtub. I figured it had been misplaced, so I called the front desk. I was rather dismayed when I was told there were none on the premises, and the front desk agent said she had never seen one around. I asked how one was supposed to use the bathtub then, and she said she didn't know. Great. Other problems with the room included the fridge being set to so cold that everything froze over night, and the previous guest had set an alarm for 6am, which housekeeping had not reset, so we had an early wake up as well. The room was not very cozy in general with tile floors

My husband, me and my dog spent the night of November 2, 2025 in a "so called" pet friendly suite. This hotel is disgustingly filthy. The grass area in front of our room was covered in dog feces. I picked up at least 20 piles of dog feces so our dog could lie down once we arrived. The hallway in front of our room was covered in fallen and windblown leaves. The trash containers overflowed with garbage. The sofa in our "suite" was filthy. The front desk personnel at first could not find my room reservation. I was livid. Then the 2 key cards given to me were faulty. One of the 2 did not work at all. Even after I returned to the front desk to have the front desk person re-key it. This hotel should be razed to the ground. Best Western should be ashamed of itself. I want a total re

The room was very nice but we were missing towels facecloths and toilet paper. There was no soap or shampoo. The toilet is about 13 inches high. It could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Luckily a grocery store was across the street where we were able to stock up on supplies.|While walking our dog we discovered a laundry room. We did not use it, but it might be helpful for others. |Breakfast is listed as Continental so we are not sure about it as we plan on leaving early.|There is a nice area to walk pets.|Parking was limited. Very glad we did not arrive late. Those pulling a trailer could have trouble parking.
