Suburban Studios near Mesa Verde

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location on Main St with easy access to everything. The stove and full fridge meant we could prep our own dinners after long days hiking. Would definitely stay again.

Minimalist. Clean. Ample space to place things on. Solid breakfast. And “Grandma Vi” is witty, personable, and warmly caring. Great value for $56/night, my goodness!

I stayed one night on my way back from Monument Valley. I admit, I was a little concerned when I pulled into the parking lot, due to the old look of the doors on the outside of the rooms. I was then pleasantly surprised when I opened my room and saw what looked like a completely remodeled room with nice clean laminate flooring, large vanity area outside of the bathroom, and spotless tub and toilet area. Comfortable and newish looking mattress, pillows and sheets. Top blanket could use to be updated. Privacy screen and shades were a plus. Nice breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. All in all, I was glad I picked this location.

Really appreciate the truck parking - not many places can accommodate our rig. Breakfast was hot and ready when we needed it. Kitchen had two burner stove top. Minor complaint would be the gym is pretty basic but it worked for light workouts.

We stayed in a big suite room here and we loved it! There was so much space. Lots of amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. We had our pups along and they loved the extra room to play also. Plus, a nice breakfast in the morning and a cute coffee shop next door! Stay here. Seriously, you won't regret it. 😊
