Tru by Hilton Wake Forest Raleigh North

I had the pleasure of being checked in by Laysha. She was warm and welcoming, which is commonly hard to find in customer service nowadays! She walked me through the steps of Hilton honors and patiently shared with me all of the accommodations that the hotel has to offer. This was my first time visiting this hotel and because of her customer service I will definitely be coming back.

I want to say this has to be the best hotels I have ever stayed in the Raleigh-Wake Forest area. It is very close to the stores and restaurant and even walking distant too. The front desk agent Laysha has been super professional and customer friendly and laid down the layout of the hotel down to what is in the area when we first showed up. This is not my first time. Laysha has welcomed our family many times. She very friendly and warm hearted person. I recommend anyone visiting the Wake Forest area to look up this hotel and by the way the room is very clean and beds are very comfortable. Amentities and food was excellent. Also once again a big thanks to Laysha and always looking out for the best for the customers stay. She is amazing 5 stars!!! Yun Family

Positive: The hotel is new and looks clean with huge rooms. This is one of the first hotels where the TV is smart TV. Also complementary 4 EV charging stations is amazing. Negative: None, The hotel is perfect.

During the inclement weather, I stayed over at the Tru. The room was nice and clean. The customer service was very professional. I enjoyed Aaliyah and Jordan. They work really well together as a team. The atmosphere and vibe between them both was pleasant to be around. Aaliyah goes beyond to make you feel welcome. I look forward to a future stay.

My family and I were visiting for a funeral overall a really nice place the front desk clerk was very professional and extremely helpful her name is Laysha super friendly provided us with excellent customer service if I ever needed to visit again I would just because of how great she was ask for Laysha she will definitely take good care of you. Now my on negative is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable . The breakfast was included and it wasn't bad considering it was a part of the stay . The overall stay wasn't bad because the front desk clerk made it a pleasure to stay here
