Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Raleigh Wake Forest

I have been staying here for the last couple of years. When I visit Wake Forest. I gave it a four-star but three stars on rooms in service to just note that I like it. Nothing too crazy. Nothing too bad. Over the course of staying here though I can't say that I have seen the changes in this hotel. Not so much negative but just an inconsistent downward slope. I've seen some staff changes and the results mirrored by those changes could explain a lot. I've stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks during the month of February. I've experienced lack of room turnover. Hallways smell. Although it's nothing they can do about the tenants that stay but more and more smokers and inconsiderate parents with kids. We've had issues with the TV signal, that we didn't report by the way, but nonetheless somet

Positive: Great customer service Negative: The refrigerator was a power saver had to continue to press the button on the inside to keep it going.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 4 months with my job. Unfortunately, this is my last week. I have had the pleasure of meeting an individual named Maurice. He works the graveyard shift but is always smiling, visible , and welcoming. You do not find this type of customer service today. I go for early morning walks and this gentleman has coffee ready by 4 am and offers me a water when I return from my walk. I sincerely hope that the management team realizes that he is a gem. I will recommend this hotel because of Maurice.

Always a super experience here. The staff, room quality, cleanliness, parking, location, services, consistency, and amenities — truly excellent each time. Very kind, polite, knowledgeable crew is so helpful. It feels fresh + new. Especially nice bedding, carpet, furniture, and bathroom. A high-end feel. I've had to stay at a lot of hotels in Wake County, mostly by Cary or by the airport. THIS has been the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at in all of Wake County. The rooms are clean. The bathroom isn't a closet. The beds are very plush which works well for me. My favorite part was how hospitable the staff was. Oddly, it's not a common trait amongst hotel staff these days, but this Fairfield has got their customer service ON POINT. Not only was check in amazing, but my husband had left behind some expensive Bose headphones that he uses for work. They did not hesitate to call and let us know that he'd forgotten it, and we were able to go back to collect them. Kindness, honesty, cleanliness, and comfort. TIP YOUR STAFF.
