Hampton Inn Raleigh/Town Of Wake Forest

We needed a room for one night during our move to a new home and this one was the winner. The hotel itself was beautiful! The room was clean and the shower worked beautifully and was Devine! The room was nice and cool and it had a microwave, mini fridge and very nice coffee maker! 10/10. The staff was very friendly and was able to answer all questions we had. Also the free breakfast was excellent. It wasn't a lot but it sufficed very, very well. I would definitely come back.

I was in the area for a class and spent 3 nights at this Hampton location. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was not too far away from several stores and restaurants. The breakfast offerings were diverse and hit the spot with waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and several hot items. I enjoyed the cooler weather by walking the parking lot after class each evening.

Positive: The staff were so friendly, accommodating and professional. Negative: The cleaning of the room every other day.... Everything else was great ?.

The storm coming has changed some of my plans and I needed to change the dates. I originally booked through 3rd party and they weren’t very helpful with my changes so I called Hampton directly. Luckily for me I got Meshia! She was so efficient, kind and helpful. Because of her I was able to stay in the same room despite my changes to the reservation. Meshia thank you again. You’re a sweet soul!

Easy check in and out with very friendly front desk staff. Our room was clean , comfortable and well stocked with coffee and soaps. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold selections. The complimentary water and cookie is a nice touch. Overall excellent. We highly recommend staying here and we will again for sure
