Campground was huge and had tons of spots to set up camp. A little sloped though. Great big fire pit, benches, grills. Bathrooms were clean and the guy who worked on maintenance and cleaning was so nice and cool.
2 small loop hiking trails that are good for beginners or casual hikers, maybe decent for trail running workouts. Camp sites look nicely maintained. Very clean, access to the lake. Well marked.
It's hard to visit when it is NEVER open. Gate is always locked. waste of tax money if we NEVER get to use it.
Great family/group campground. Very clean and there are plenty of facilities. We use BW Wells for our Cub Scout camp outs.
Well maintained group campsites, nice trails, clean washrooms with warm water shower, surprised to see automatic hot water shower which was actually not good as we wanted normal or cold water due to hot n sweaty temperature outside.
