Tru by Hilton Grantville

We always love to stay at Tru by Hilton's since they have the best service and cleanest hotel rooms. The breakfast is included and has a lot of options. Rooms are always spotless and smell very nice. They have all the necessities in the bathroom (soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditionner and hairdryer). Let me tell you their product smell amazing. This is our 2nd time this year we stay at the Grantville location and they never disappoint. I highly recommend!

Positive: Hotel Employee at the front desk was very cordial Negative: no guest laundry. Coffee maker, and microwave on the first floor at the front desk.. the shower door leaked water while in the shower. Four out of our 10 days we had to go down to the front desk to get towels and ask for service for our room.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The rooms were very clean and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff was extremely welcoming and even called us later to check if we needed anything, which showed great care. Breakfast was also impressive, with plenty of good options to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Very nice hotel to stay ! Service from Annett at front desk was perfect ! She was truly helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. In a very quiet, nice and safe area. We love the TRU HILTON brand for their easygoing lobby with all kinds of fun things to do while having a nice coffee.The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks !!

Tru by Hilton Grantville is always the type of hotel I like. The property feels new, modern, and very clean. I especially like the wood flooring — it gives the room a fresh and comfortable feeling compared to traditional carpeted rooms. Everything is simple, functional, and well designed, making it easy to relax after a long day on the road. The overall atmosphere feels bright, modern, and comfortable, which is exactly what I look for when traveling. Definitely one of my preferred hotel styles and I would happily stay again.
