MainStay Suites Grantville - Hershey North

My sister and I just returned from a 3-night stay and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond from the moment we checked in, especially the front desk agent, Francesco. He helped us with suggestions for dinner and gave directions how to find everything. He took the time to make certain our stay was perfect. Our room was very clean and very quiet, with a nice little kitchenette stocked with everything we needed. Francesco came to our room when we asked for him for help setting the heat properly. He was professional, polite and very gracious. He handled the desk like a pro, greeting everyone with a smile. The breakfast buffet was good, we had yogurt, tea, coffee, bagels, juice, cereal, pancakes and sausages. MainStay is affordable and perfectly located close to of

This is our home away from home while we're in Pennsylvania. The staff here are top tier. Luka runs a great place with great people who are so welcoming. Anthony, Brandy and Caitlin made sure we had an amazing stay during the east coast snow storm. The housekeeping staff keep this place sparkling clean and are always providing what you need. The maintenance staff Kenny and Eddie are always quick to get things fixed. The beds are soooo comfortable, you'll get a great night's sleep. We'll be back! Our family loves this hotel. The amenities of the arcade, pool, and basketball court keep the kids busy. Trust me, this spot is perfect for your night or week away.

Breakfast was very limited. Pancake maker made very thin doughy pancakes. More variety. Hotel bathroom was kind of rusty and could have been cleaned better. Elevator was filthy. Bottom of pool was filthy and no water slide false advertisement l. Game room over priced. Basketballs had no air

We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities offered by Mainstay Suites Grantville-Hershey North. The facility may need a few updates, but it is clean and comfortable. Our room was well equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of ports to charge electronics. The hotel offers an indoor pool, workout room, an indoor area to shoot some basketball hoops, a pool table, and an arcade with lots of games for kids. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, cereals, juice, and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget friendly accommodation offering comfort, amenities, and a friendly staff.

Ok so, if I could give staff 10 stars I would. Every single staff member was phenomenal. We got a King ADA room. As for the hotel, it left some things to be desired: Pros: ⭐️Good location ⭐️Inexpensive rates ⭐️Amazing staff ⭐️Kids did enjoy the pool and game room Cons: ⭐️ Bedspread was stained so we didn’t use it. ⭐️ Fridge didn’t work (although we didn’t discover this til the next morning, I will say when we told the front desk they had a new fridge up and ready within 15-20min.) ⭐️ Tub was gross, we didn’t use it because it had a lot of mildew and the jets/water return was nasty. ⭐️ Mattress on fold away couch was quite stained and very uncomfortable, although it was just for my two boys so they did ok. ⭐️ Pool isn’t very big and the game room didn’t have a lot other than claw machine
