Cottage Inn & Self Storage

We had a great night in a little cottage. Great price and very nice customer service. The woman who runs the place works very hard to accommodate you and is also your housekeeper and host. I cant wait to come back. The neighbors were so nice and inviting.

This hotel is a hidden gem, recently tastefully renovated floor to ceiling, new vinyl flooring , nice bedding, good thread count sheets and each mini apt has a Kueriq as well as a ice maker, large screen tv and new furniture. The staff are the owners so they take pride in their property and rightfully so. Great room, great staff and most importantly a great deal. They’re a little out of the way but right on the money

The room was made when we arrived but was dirty as all linens had brown streaks and hair (which was black and neither of us have black hair) all over them, the bed sheets, and all four pillows. Even though we were in a "non-smoking" room, as soon as you walked in you were hit with the smell of smoke and mildew. The toilet paper appeared to be dirty as the side of the roll was brown and spotty. The room as a whole was very abused and run down. Holes in doors, stains on the couches and carpets, etc. Additionally, after going to the front desk to request new toilet paper and a fresh set of linens, we were just met with an immediate refund and kicked out. This was a wonderful find last night! I don't know anything about the storage, but the rooms were quite spacious and the woman checking me in was very friendly!

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could! We were duped into thinking we were going to be staying here for a while, until we found a home (currently homeless). I had a contact (she is a resident and helps the manager lady) who talked to the owner and we were given the price of $350 a week. They knew it was me, hubby, our 10 yr old son, and 2 dogs. I was told that the dogs were fine. We were there for about 2 and a half months before we were told that we had to check out the next day and leave. I was told that someone "complained" about the dogs. The other residents with dogs didn't seem to be an issues, even though they weren't picking up after theirs.
