Tru by Hilton Atlanta Airport College Park

Stayed here one night before an early flight out of ATL. Rooms were small, but comfortable size (we stayed in a room with two double beds). The beds are a little hard and the pillows are soft. Bathroom was nice and the water pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. You will need to valet park for a cost of $34, but it was nice not to have to worry about finding a parking spot. They have valet available all night and we had no issues getting our car at 5:15 in the morning. We were at the airport and parking in less than 5 minutes after leaving the hotel.

The Try by Hilton Atlanta Airport College Park is exactly what you expect from a Tru-branded hotel, and I mean that in the most positive way. The hotel shares facilities with a Home2Suites (like many other Trus) and it is new. So things are functional, clean, and reasonable for a short stay. WiFi was fast and stable, the fitness center was excellent, and breakfast was well-stocked.||The location in Gateway Park is a real plus. Rather than waiting for a shuttle bus or van, just get on the SkyTrain and ride one stop to/from the airport. The hotel is about a 2-3 minute walk from the station and easy to find.||Definitely my new "go to" hotel for a short stay near the Atlanta Airport.

My family and I’s experience here was amazing! Everyone is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. We came for a work trip and I brought the family with me. When we first checked in we had a smaller room, went to the store, came back and the asst manager told us she was going to give us a bigger room with a kitchen because we had the kids. It was no extra charge and they did it out of the kindness of their hearts. They even kept us on the same floor so we didn’t have to more too far. The ladies at the reception desk, Keischa and Tammy were so helpful and amazing! The vallet is very sweet, helpful, and kind as well! Will definitely recommend and come back here for the next work trip!

Hotel itself was really nice. Lovely room, great chilling reception area that had good seating and entertainment. The breakfast was LOVELY, so so nice. Only downside was that it was slightly dirty in my room, with some hairs I found around and then the reception workers were not the most welcoming. They were helpful but they did not seem like they wanted to be there to work and offer the service, did not seem very approachable.

Great location close to the SkyTrain. Room was comfortable and clean. This place shines because of the staff. Specifically the front desk, DuShay (executive housekeeper) and Isabel. I left an item in the room while checking out for an early morning flight. I called from the airport to let them know. DuShay immediately secured the item and provided several options to return the item. I ended up back there a month later for another trip and Isabel quickly retrieved them. Excellent customer service!
