Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Airport South/Sullivan Road

The manager-in-training was the most courteous hotel manager I had ever met. And the administrators here obviously surround themselves with the most courteous people ever from housekeepers and shuttle drivers to front desk personnel. I slept so well with no allergies at all. It is clean and quiet and safe and comfortable. It was worth the extra cost over the cheap, creepy place down the street. They matched the Trip Advisor rate so just in case I had an allergic reaction, I could get the second night refunded. Not just five stars but well worth ten!

My stay here was great. Rooms were clean, nice environment and staff were extremely pleasant. Jamare' at the front desk was tremendously helpful and provided excellent customer service!

I had an overnight layover here and booked the hotel based on good reviews of the availability of the shuttle. We arrived for the shuttle stop and 2 busses made stops with herds of passengers crowding onto the bus, and we couldn't get on until the 3rd shuttle bus made a stop which was right in front of us. In the middle of the night, we were woken up from the bed shaking. I don't know what machine was working and humming but the entire bed was low key vibrating for 10 mins. It was so strange.

When I came in, I went to Charmaine. I told her I needed to check-in. She asked for my ID and credit card. I told her I would not be paying for the room since it was for work. I handed her my ID. She looked at it and said "What is your name?" with an attitude. I told her. She said my name was not on the reservation and it would have to be added. So I called my boss and told him that. Meanwhile she writes out the 800# and says they need to call it to get it fixed. I said ok and went back to my car to wait. About 15 minutes later, my boss calls and says I have been checked in and everything is good. I walk back in and go to Jamary. I told him my name and he says I just got off the phone with someone about checking you in. You are good to go. Charmaine gave me the 800# for the hotel and the p

Very sub par for a Marriott. Not oven a free water for elite members? They offered to sell me one for 4.40 USD. Ridiculous. Loud and not very clean. ********* smell everywhere. Not a good experience.
