The hotel is only a couple of years old and located right by the airport. The front desk staff is amazing!!!! Especially Marcus and Allison the manager. These two took care of my wife and I. Their customer service is far beyond the normal meet and check in. They care about their customers and ensure you have a wonderful stay. I will also contact Hilton about these 2 as they made our stay wonderful!! Yes there's free breakfast and other goodies downstairs as well but the customer service is what i look for as a Diamond member!! Stay here and you won't be disappointed!!! Oh, there's only valet parking. The rooms are spacious and clean!!

I booked this hotel just before midnight due to an issue with my flight out of ATL airport. I was alone with my 2 children and wanted an affordable but close hotel with a good rating. This hotel ticks all of those boxes.|We took the skytrain from ATL airport to GICC Gateway which is literally 1 stop and free to use. From there it was a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The area was very quiet at 1am when we arrived in the area.|Once we arrived at the hotel, we were met by the loveliest reception team. The deposit for the night was $75 which was no problem at all, (this was refunded within hours of check out).|I explained the issue with our flight and that we had nothing, not even toothbrushes, just in conversation. I normally won't go out of my way to write a bad review. However, I had a bad experience with this hotel from the planning, arrival, and stay. When I thought it was over, I had to wait over half a month to receive a refund after being double charged. trip.com attempted to reach a manager, but the manager not being available whenever they called. I planned my work trip and communicated extensively with hotel staff to make them aware of my travel situation and I needed to make any changes to my original booking. I was told that everything would be ready for my arrival and there was no need to alter my original booking. I wanted that reassurance before my booking became "non-refundable". I called the day of my booking to remind them of my situation and I was told they were aware, and everythi

I don't generally post reviews online, however for the service and courtesy shown by staff here I had to make an exception. I had made a reservation through a 3rd party booking service, and when I got the confirmation email, I thought I was good to go. However, it turns out that service never actually contacted the hotel. The staff were able to find me a room despite my not having reservation. Room: 5/5 Clean, spacious, with large appliances, and a very functional shower. Service: 10/5 Staff went above and beyond to help me find a spot to stay. The additional amenities like complimentary breakfast, and free wifi definitely beats my recent nickle and dime experience at one of the competing hotel chains. I had an excellent stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton! I have to give a special shout-out to Valerie, one of the breakfast associates. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The build your own breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious—honestly the best I’ve had at any Hilton property this year. It was the perfect way to start my day. Thank you, Valerie, for making my stay even better. I’ll definitely be back!
