Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport

Room was large clean. Bed was comfortable. The room did not have enough light. I suggest a couple of free standing lights. The shower was also large and clean but there is nothing in the shower to place soap while showering. The overall hotel was very clean and nicely decorated.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others know what to expect. A simple soda water in a plastic cup filled with ice cost $3, which already felt excessive — but unfortunately the food was even more disappointing. Everything was very overpriced, served lukewarm, and tasted incredibly subpar for what it was. To make it worse, the meals were served on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery, which certainly didn’t match the premium pricing.||My son nearly threw up after tasting his food — it was genuinely that bad. I couldn’t help but feel terrible for the people stuck here due to cancelled flights who really didn’t have another option. The whole place felt like it was taking advantage of a captive audience rather than caring about quality or guest

This was my second stay at this hotel, and overall it didn’t quite meet my expectations. That said, you do get what you pay for. The location isn’t terrible. It’s outside of Atlanta but still close enough to the city, and there are plenty of major chain restaurants nearby. The surrounding area isn’t the nicest, but it may work if you’re looking to stay outside the busy downtown area. My partner and I are locals and just wanted a short getaway from home. One of the biggest disappointments was the extra costs. We had to pay for parking every night, pay for breakfast, and were charged $16 for two water bottles and a pack of Skittles—which felt excessive. During my stay at the Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport, I had a mostly positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were polite and welcoming. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service it was on time and made transportation easy. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The hallway noise at night was a bit noticeable, and the air-conditioning unit in my room took a while to cool properly. Not deal-breakers, but worth mentioning. Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient, especially for someone needing to be close to the airport.

This hotel was reasonably priced & close for what we needed. We got stranded at the airport and picked fast. Won’t be going back. Our bathroom was disgusting and the sheets didn’t seem clean. Bed was messy and the room stunk. The staff wasn’t necessarily pleasant at the desk. At 1am someone kept knocking on my door. When I finally got up to look, the peephole was so dirty I could hardly see but just the top of a lady’s head. I’m not opening for a stranger at 1 am so after multiple knocks I called the desk to make sure it wasn’t an employee needing us for something. I called 4 times and never got anyone. The phone in the room didn’t even have real buttons & calling from my cell phone, it would disconnect every time you selected the desk. Will not be going back.
