Four Points by Sheraton College Park Atlanta Airport

We stayed here one night after a late flight at the airport. Room was fine, beds comfy and nice bathroom toiletries, although the bathroom door looked to have seen better days - had to slam the door to get the latch to catch. Kind of an isolated location. There was a police car parked in the parking lot when we left early the next morning. No complimentary breakfast at this location, although you can order ala carte from the restaurant on site. There is a McD's across the street. Didn't appreciate the surprise incidental charge on my credit card. I did sign something when I checked in but it was not made clear that I was being charged. When I checked out the next morning, the charge did not show up on my receipt (even though I could see that my card had been charged) and the desk clerk was

Positive: The room was just ok. It was the best thing about this hotel. But even though it was ok it smelled like construction zone from the dust traveling from another part of the hotel being remodeled. Negative: Almost everything was awful. First they are under construction. There is dust and debris everywhere. It?s so dirty that the front desk clerk was covered in dust. Second, the staff was rude and unfriendly. Third, the room smelled of construction dust.

My most recent stay was amazing My husband and I enjoyed drinks and wings at the bar, we eventually sat outside ata the fire pit to enjoy the ouside. Ms. Candace our bar tender was great and very friendly her ddrinks were also amazing. The front desk person Ms. Crystal was available to me I wanted to decorate the room for my husband she was great her personality is right for this position she will do well in hospitality. I will stay here again. the shuttles availability good.

I did NOT have a pleasant Stay or experience at all. The room next to me was very loud and obnoxious throughout the whole night, slamming Doors. They kept opening the middle joint door and closing it shut. stomping throughout the whole night, running down the hallways. I called the front office three times and the problem was still not resolved. I had to be up at 4 AM for a flight. I did not sleep one minute in that room from all the noise and the nonstop, screaming and yelling and slamming doors and stomping through the hallways from the room next to me. I called the office at 11pm at 12pm and at 1pm. They said they were gonna send security up to fix the situation. I never saw security. I waited for them in the hallway. I stayed here before and after a trip flying out of ATL. I found it to be excellent. It has a small full service restaurant and bar. It has a nice w pronoun room. Every employee I had contact with at the front desk and restaurant were friendly welcoming and polite. I parked a car for 7 days safely at a reasonable rate!
