Positive: Good at restaurant for dinner. Negative: Check in was a little chaotic at 330 very few rooms were ready and no kings available. Which we reserved. We settled for one queen and I don’t like not getting g what I paid for. Anniversary trip.

My experience here was extremely sub par. Our flight landed late at 1 am. Number one the parking fee was not disclosed when booking directly on Hilton. Number 2 when I walked in I was not greeted.. instead I had to surprise the front desk who was on their phone. Although she was nice when my presence was noted. This could have been avoided had I been allowed a digital check in but that was disabled. When we got in our room it was 76 degrees. So hot my son became ill. And the smell…. disgusting. The fridge was hot and not cooling. I placed my toddlers milk in there with hopes it would cool.. it didn’t. I had to go to the front desk at 6 am to find cold milk bc my 18 mo was screaming in the room. The same front desk person was on their phone and when I asked where to get milk she said go to

I guess if you need a place to stay close to the airport., then okay. When I stayed here, they are going through a remodel and didn't even pretend to try to make things comfortable outside your room. The restaurant and bar looked like a 6th grade class set it up. We walked in and had to figure out what was going on. The front desk wasn't much better. Maybe after the remodel things will be better, but a very disappointing stay for our last night in Georgia.

3 night stay. Had a rough start. Got to the property around 1030pm and the keys they gave us didn't work, then the next set didn't work, then found out there was someone else in the room already. The front desk guy was completely indifferent about it. Didn't get into a room until almost midnight. Had to be escorted to the room since he couldn't make any more keys for us. Rooms are outdated and like the rest of hotel, need repairs. Wall paper peeling, tub spout leaking, handles loose, and paint chipping. The gym equipment needs replaced (see photo). Their property is under a lot of renovations. Pool, restaurant, and lobby all closed. Website only says "some public areas closed". The food they serve is all either microwaved or deep fried. Paper plates and plastic utensils only. Charged like

We stayed one night before a next morning flight. It took a while for the shuttle to arrive and the area is very confusing. The Hilton shuttle also services some of the other hotels, like Fairfield, and we were not aware of that. Finally we got to the hotel, the front desk clerk was very nice and efficient and the room was adequate. A large room but could do with some updating, especially a new carpet, because the current one was smelling old, humid and not good to walk on. The bed was nice, the bathroom adequate with good water pressure. We checked out early and the shuttle bus driver was extremely nice. He had to pick up guests from the Fairfield and everything went smoothly. I hope this Hilton hotel will get the needed refurbishing because it is a nice place to stay. We got in too late
