Tropicana Laughlin - A Caesars Rewards Destination

First off, the casino is good and I had a great time.|The room was filthy. The carpet was sticky - no further comment needed. The shower was gross, a little moldy and rusty. The furniture is old and worn out. I am sure the window looking out had never been cleaned. The window air conditioner looked like it should be in a laboratory for scientific bacterial research. I did not use the pool, but it was very clean and looked well maintained. The hotel did charge me $6 more than the negotiated price. I will take that up with AAA where the reservation was booked through. The room had no clock. The nightstand tables and the counter top in the bathroom were very dirty. If your looking for a fun place to gamble, this is the place. I would definitely look elsewhere to spend the night. I was

A glimpse into the past but I got to be real: It’s FAR past its prime. That is why it is the cheapest along the strip. No real upgrades; the room reminds you of 1970s and so does the carpet. It is mostly dead Monday-Wednesday. But there is an In-n-Out burger adjacent to the hotel! Rooms are mostly non-smoking but they still smell like hints of smoke. The pool is solid but I was there last month, so it was closed? The casino is like any typical one. But don’t expect to hit much unless you spend a pretty penny. The area is not “too spread out” but there could be better offerings for a Caesars spot. There is no gym so you have to be willing to go to Harrah’s for that.. a bit up the road. I can’t complain… but I also can? Haha.

Positive: I like the room the best, the check in process went fast and smoothly and ithe premises were clean. Negative: Although I enjoyed the pool, it wasn’t as clean as other places I have stayed in locally; I like they had adult swimming hours, also they have a cafe by the pool area.

It’s important that management is aware of their wonderful employees Tonya and Kenneth! My friend and I got to front desk around 1am. There was a mix up with hotels tonight. Both Tonya and Kenneth went above and beyond assisting me. They were professional, and kept things light and stress free. The room and sites were wonderful. The casino took my money but I expect that. MANAGEMENT- please recognize these employees. I work for a large organization and I know good customer service. This was excellent

This place is conveniently located and boasts a wide range of excellent machines. Their service is also top-notch. The staff here is diverse and highly skilled, and the security measures are robust. Additionally, the cleanliness of the premises is commendable, with separate areas for non-smokers and smokers. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for all their customers.
