Avi Resort & Casino

The view from our room was very nice. The room was clean although there were numerous stains on the carpet. No coffee machines in the rooms so we were forced to go downstairs and buy coffee. Ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go one floor down to grab ice. Other than that the Avi had a lot of food options. Our favourite was the Moon Shadow Grill, they had movie theatres, andbig swimming pools

Value for money is good. Its a little bit away from the main street and other hotels but if you like a more relaxed setting, this is the place. The first thing is the smoke. Its AWFUL. They need to air that place out. Rooms were decent but the soaps and amenities were as cheap as you can go. The soap didnt bubble. As far as the restaurants, there were a decent amount. Staff were always so friendly. The buffet was closed but menu looked decent. The pool was the winner here. Theres a family section and then an adult section that was secluded. Not to mention the beach too. Water was clean in the adult pool, cant say the same for the family pools. Casino had a good amount of games and selections. And free parking.

Positive: This hotel was away from the strip which made us feel like a real vacation. We will definitely book our next stay here at this hotel. Thank you Avi Resort for making our stay pleasant! Negative: It would have been great if the pool is heated for the winter season.

Avi has nice rooms, decent amount of different food options. The play room for kids is amazing and affordable. Nice pool with a water slide. Sits right on the river so that's great. However this property is located at least 20 min from the rest of the casinos and the games are pretty tight. This place eats your money up quick. Other then that I love the Avi

Our company arranged for us to stay here for almost a week, primarily because of the low room rates. Unfortunately, the experience very much reflected the price point - you truly get what you pay for. Accessing the rooms required walking through a smoke-filled casino each time, which made simply coming and going an unpleasant experience. While the room itself was spacious, the carpet was noticeably unclean — to the point that you wouldn't feel comfortable removing your shoes. Cleanliness should never feel negotiable, regardless of the nightly rate. Basic amenities were also absent. There was no coffee maker, no microwave, and no complimentary breakfast.
