The New Pioneer Hotel and Casino

Just stayed at the New Pioneer Casino and honestly it was a great experience. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, and the beds were really comfortable. For the price, it’s an amazing deal. We stayed for 3 weeks with our dog and had zero issues with security. They were nothing but kind and respectful the entire time. I’ve seen some people complaining online, but I think the expectations are a bit unrealistic. If you’re paying under $40 for a room and you get a clean place with a comfy bed and friendly service, that’s a win in my books. It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s not trying to be. It’s a solid, affordable place to stay and the value is hard to beat. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Check in was flawless. The front desk attendant was courteous, kind a very accommodating to our needs. The staff was absolutely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We felt safe and absolutely no issues. It was cold outside and the heater warmed us up. Loved it. We will definitely stay again.

We checked into this hotel in the late afternoon on Friday, October 10, 2025. The room was not very clean, dead bugs on counters and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. We figured we weren’t spending much time in the room so we were just going to make do. Then it was time to shut the lights and go to bed. There were around 20 bugs flying around my husband thought they were mosquitoes. I thought they were moths, Either way there was no way either one of us were sleeping in this room. I went to the front desk about 7 o’clock and told them that we were checking out and going to go back home to Phoenix. I told them I was very disappointed since I had been told when booking the room that the rooms were remodeled these rooms look like they were from the 1980s. The Front desk

I want to give Breanna in house keeping a shoot out. She was very helpful the whole time we stayed. Very tighty n on top of her customer service. Very well dressed which is nice to see. She went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Breanna!!! Because of you we will be back again.
