Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel and Casino

Stayed here last year loved it. Recommended it to my parents. This year I'm here brought the kids back with us this time because we enjoyed it so much last year we wanted them to see don laughlins. So disappointed this time. Non-smoking room smelled like old smoke bad. We had a balcony room overlooking the river and the main pool. We were unable to use the pool the whole weekend we were here. The first day because it was too chilly. The last two days because the hotel closed them. One day due to "weather" which their was nothing wrong with weather. The second day due to private party. How do you justify to your paying guests that no, the family pool is closed while your happily allowing a private pool party to happen in the main pool??????? This was our fifth visit to Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort. We take the plane and stay for 4 or 5 nights each time. I love everything about the resort and really like the Prime Rib Room. We eat there at least once a trip and have never been disappointed. The hotel rooms are always clean. The people working there are always pleasant and happy to assist you. No complaints with any part of the hotel.

We were pleased with our room on the 25th floor! It smelled nice and had a view of the river. Beds were comfortable (bring a blanket if you like to be in a soft cozy cover)The casino was busy and active with machines paying out. We really enjoyed the river walk to other casinos and restaurants too. We will be returning!

Along the Casino strip. Backside faces Bullhead AZ. Big casino with bowling and shows. Gift shop, access to Riverboat Tours & Water Taxi. One: restaurant, buffet and café. food mediocre. Rooms clean/ beds comfortable...... offering river or Strip views. Helicopter tours available. Reasonable walk to nearby hotel casinos. RV park across the street.

We really loved our stay at Riverside! The rooms were great except our air was not working properly. We did not ask to be switched rooms as we were able to get some fresh air from opening the balcony sliding door for a little bit. The staff were amazing, all so friendly & helpful. We would stay here again.
