Travelodge by Wyndham The Dalles

The price was a little high and to be honest when we checked in at 930pm the mood seemed kinda ghetto with the people hanging around the parking lot. However the inside of the double queen room we had was nice. Everything seemed clean and they were super cool with our late check in time. AC blew cold but the mini fridge not so much. Nothing really bad about this place except the atmosphere of the outside seemed suspect. But everything was fine

I'm very surprised how bad the comments are. It was the only hotel available when we came on the week end so we booked it. The building is old but our room was clean and quite big too. I've seen way worst during my trip in Oregon ! When we checked in, the AC was on and all the curtains were closed since it was a very hot day we found it very thoughtful. It's well located we were able to walk to a few pubs. The family who seems to run it was super sweet. I would stay again.

Listen this isn’t a 5 star hotel, but if you were expecting that then that’s on you. The beds were comfy, we booked a 1 queen 1 twin and were given 2 queens, there was AC, the bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good! The motel is run by a very sweet family, who were very kind when we rolled in fairly late.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone we paid $180 for a room with mold in the windows and moldy food in the room, stains on the walls, blankets, sheets, mattresses lamps and windows, burnhols in the blankets and sheets, FIRE ALARM DOESN'T WORK, The outlits were burning, A/c was broke as well as the heater, the shower door wouldnt close the toilet was leaking, the shower was gross inside and there was COCKROACHS then the people wanted to be rude after we told them about the cockroachs we had to pack 4 kids up and our dog at 1:47 in the morning and sleep in our van! Motel 6 is $98 and there hotels are clean and have amazing service I will not recommend Travelodge it is 1000000000000% DISGUSTING if I could I would give you guys a negative 10000000000000000

Staff was friendly, facility is extremely old, amenities very very basic, from the outside it looks like a pay by the hour kind of place. It was the only place available or else we would have gone elsewhere. Not worth the price.
